About Our Atelier Process
The process for an Atelier project begins the moment that you contact us for an initial consultation. Whether we will meet in person or via phone to get to know you, discuss your vision for your event/project, learn about your styles and personality, determine the number of deliverables (different types of stationery items based on your design needs) and gather information such as the event’s location and time of day, budget, required quantity, etc. During the consultation we encourage you to bring any reference materials or examples as a starting point of discussion regarding your vision or wishes. Examples can be anything from a particular piece of ribbon or swatch of fabric to a paper that you just absolutely fell in love with.

Consultation Meetings and Design Phase
Following the initial consultation meeting, we'll start the design process with the information gathered from the meeting. We'll present up to 3 full mock-ups of the invitation (or the stationery item that you have determined as the priority) at the second follow-up meeting — which will provide an opportunity for you to approve a design direction and give us a chance to discuss about any details that needs adjustments. During this collaborative design process, we carefully explore every detail that celebrates your individuality and special event — from the fine detailing, novel dimension and notable refinements.

Communications and Project Management
During the collaborative design process, you will have an opportunity to review materials and provide approval at every stage to ensure that you are completely satisfied. As communication is key we'll provide every opportunity for you to know the status of your project with an online Atelier project management website that only you and Feterie will have access to.

Delivery of Final Product
As all Atelier final printed products are custom-made to order and delivered completely hand assembled, all that is needed is to address the envelope (or we can arrange to have the envelopes sent to your calligrapher or event coordinator).
