{Colors & Patterns} The Art of Life

“Wow… Oh, my” — these were the words that I muttered when I discovered this über-modern representation of genealogy on The Bright Side Project. There are many other different colorful charts on this site that just makes me drool! Being a nerdy designer who loves information design, the genealogy charts from My Tree and Me is just plain awesome — from the color combinations to the patterns. It’s something of a conversation piece, wouldn’t you say? I love that it looks like a modern art piece that you can proudly display and just think…. it could be something you can give away as an heirloom piece passed down through the generations, each generation can have their own art piece to look upon. Nice!

I’m not so into the whole family-tree-as-framed art kinda thing….but this one is so nice, I could be convinced! Thanks for sharing!
