{Freebies & Goodies} Coffee Cream Cheese Frosting

Coffee, I love it, lots and lots of it – the taste, the smell, the buzz. Recently, I whipped up a batch of Coffee Cream Cheese Frosting for Mr. Feterie’s birthday cupcakes. It was adapted from this recipe (I opted to not include the evaporated milk and used instant coffee instead and it turned out just fine).

After receiving more requests for this recipe, I decided to post it here in the form of a downloadable recipe card (modified from one of our personalized recipe cards).

You can download the recipe card (above) by clicking here. This coffee cream cheese frosting is perfect on chocolate cupcakes (or cakes) and alone (yes, stealing a couple of spoonfuls can happen!).

    Thanks, Heidi! It’s very easy to make and can be whipped up in minutes (which can be a bad thing if you become addicted to it). And what a small world that you know the author of Crazy About Cupcakes!
