What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All are accepted in US funds only.

Will my transaction be secure?
Yes! All credit card transactions on our shop are processed by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 256-bit standard encryption through GoDaddy.com and are verified by Authorize.net. You can be assured that your transaction if safe when placing an order on feterie.com. While we encourage visitors to take advantage of our online shop, we understand that not everyone is comfortable using their credit card over the Internet. For this reason, you may also place your order by calling Feterie Customer Care at 888.295.3971 (10am - 4pm, PST). Please be prepared to provide the SKU (Item#), quantity, credit card/billing information and shipping address. 


How long will it take to process my order?

Most of our non-personalized products are in stock and ready to ship (usually 3-5 days after order placement and receipt of payment). Custom items, such as personalized invitations or cards, will take a bit longer as they are made-to-order. Make sure to review each product's description to determine the processing time for customized products. Please understand that factors outside of our control, like weather, holidays and high traffic mail times (especially during wedding season), may affect delivery time. If there is a delay in shipping, we'll definitely contact you via email. Please refer to our Ordering Process & Timeline page for more information.

What if I'd like to return an item from my order?

We're sorry that you would like to return our products. Returns  are only accepted if returned within 10 days from the date which you received your shipment. The items must be returned in its original sellable condition & packaging for store credit (less the shipping costs). All custom products are not refundable. Please review our Store Policies regarding Returns and Cancellations.

Do you have a printed catalog?

Our website is our catalog and always available (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for you to place your order. Our simple online ordering system makes it very easy to select the item you would like to order, and depending on the product, include the custom information that is associated with that particular design. If you would like to see our products in person, please go to the Find page for a retailer near you.

Are your cards and paper goods eco-friendly?

Yes, most of them are! All of our cards are printed with soy ink. We've included additional eco-details, such as paper produced with green-energy, to most of our product descriptions to help you identify an eco-friendly product.

 

Where are your cards & paper goods produced?

All of our cards and paper goods are proudly printed in the U.S. Every order that leaves our studio is hand-assembled in the U.S. as well. 


Do you offer custom invitations for weddings and baby announcements?

We do offer custom design for event stationery (such as wedding invitations and baby announcements) through our Atelier custom design service. To find out more information, please visit our Atelier page or email us for a complimentary consultation.

I'm a retailer and would like to carry your products in my store. 

We're thrilled that you'd like to carry our products! Please email us a copy of your resale license and tell us more about your business/store, including other stationery lines that you carry and how long you've been in business. We'll make sure to send you a catalog as soon as we have received your information.


How much are shipping charges?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal, your preferred shipping method and delivery destination.

How are orders shipped?

We take great care in packaging your order — stationery is wrapped in our signature chocolate tissue paper (after all, it could be a gift to yourself!) and gift wraps are rolled and tied with a sweet chocolate satin ribbon. 

 

I want to place an order, but will be on vacation and may not be back in time for the delivery. Could you delay shipping until after I return from my vacation?

Yes, of course! On each product page, there is an space to add any special notes about your order, such as delaying the shipping until a certain date. We'll send you a confirmation email of your special request upon receiving your order.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! For international orders, you can select the desired shipping method to your destination. Please note that you may be charged a customs fee by your country's customs for purchases from the US. Fees may vary. Feterie is not responsible for any international customs fees incurred.
